This youth training program, designed for ages 10-13, focuses on creating a foundation for movement and functional strength.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4pm; Saturday at 10am

first responder training PROGRAM

The goals of the FRT program are to improve performance, reduce injuries, and motivate all participants to be tactically ready for any event.  Whether its Fire, Police, or EMS, this program will gear you up for the demands of the task.

Monday to Friday: 8am/6pm; Saturday at 1pm

power hour PROGRAM

This high intensity, total body conditioning class is your go-to for immediate results.  Power Hour features cardiovascular training, lower and upper body strength training, and core conditioning.  Push yourself and reach your personal best, no matter your starting point.
